As a Senior Compensation Program Manager and key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and executing compensation programs across the company including the annual pay planning (focal) program and annual market data analysis plus our semi-annual bonus planning cycles. Additionally, this position will be responsible for all data management for survey submissions and reporting for regulatory programs such as Fair Pay and CEO pay ratio. You will partner with Compensation Advisors who support functional organizations to develop analytics that help them understand the compensation aspects of their organizations, interpret pay competitiveness and identify potential pay issues in preparation for consultations with organizational leaders. You will also develop organizational metrics to view compensation elements over time to identify trends as well as potential impacts of future program changes on employee pay packages to support senior management decision making.
Turn concepts and strategies into concrete and actionable project plans.
Program manage company-wide compensation programs including annual pay planning and semi-annual bonus planning.
Lead annual compensation market review process including updates to global guidelines and structures, vendor management, and strong collaboration with compensation advisors and analysts.
Partner with internal communications to develop and publish program materials.
Advise HR Business Partners and HR leadership team on compensation program roll outs.
Create and manage overall project plans and ensure proper project team representation from key stakeholders.
Work with HR systems team to implement and test systems changes and overall functionality.
Monitor program effectiveness, market trends, and recommend creative program enhancements and process improvements.
Manage survey submissions and gather/consolidate all types of compensation data on a global basis to provide clear and comprehensive tools for the compensation team that efficiently supports their work with functional leaders
Use market intelligence to help the business extract the maximum value from their compensation data and optimize the business impact of compensation spend.
Partner with cross functional teams to develop dashboards and analytic models to provide business insights and interpret market or internal trends.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Financial Analysis, or related field.
10+ years of experience in global Compensation with 3+ years in compensation program management.
Ability to build solid relationships and collaborate with HR Business Partners, HRIS, HR Operations and other key HR partners on all program related activities.
Experience developing communication materials for compensation related topics.
Advanced Excel skills and spreadsheet analysis; Workday experience a plus.
Strong project management skills with team orientation and collaborative style.
Exceptional communications skills to lead and collaborate with project teams, coordinate with vendors, internal peer organizations, such as Legal, Payroll and HRIS, to develop partnerships, gather meaningful information and guide interpretation for development of successful and impactful program recommendations
Experience as a trusted partner and advisor to the business, providing market intelligence and actionable insights on the competitive landscape
Highly organized with the ability to execute tasks in a high pressure, fast-paced environment.
